Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our immigration document preparation services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CPV Multiservices' services, whether in person, by phone, email, or through our website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

CPV Multiservices provides immigration document preparation and filing assistance services, including but not limited to:

  • Completion of USCIS forms and applications
  • Document organization and review for completeness
  • Filing assistance with USCIS and other government agencies
  • Translation of supporting documents (when applicable)
  • General information about immigration processes
  • Consultation on document requirements

IMPORTANT: We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. We cannot represent you before USCIS, immigration courts, or provide legal counsel.

3. Appointments

All services are provided by appointment only. Walk-in visits are not accepted. To schedule an appointment:

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in cancellation fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information for all applications
  • Submit all required documents in a timely manner
  • Review all completed forms before signing and submission
  • Pay for services according to agreed-upon terms
  • Respond promptly to our communications and requests for information
  • Attend scheduled appointments or provide advance notice of cancellation
  • Understand that we cannot guarantee USCIS approval of your application
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact information or circumstances
  • Maintain copies of all documents submitted to government agencies

You are ultimately responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided in your immigration applications. We prepare documents based on the information you provide.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees are determined based on the complexity of your case and the services required. Fees will be clearly discussed and agreed upon during your initial consultation before work begins.

  • Payment is typically required before document submission to USCIS
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
  • Government filing fees (paid directly to USCIS) are separate from our service fees
  • Additional fees may apply for rush services, translations, or additional document preparation
  • Prices are subject to change but will be honored for services already contracted

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are determined based on the work completed at the time of service termination:

  • Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has occurred
  • If we have not begun work on your case, you may receive a full refund minus any consultation fees
  • Partial refunds may be provided based on work completed and time invested
  • No refunds will be provided after documents have been filed with USCIS
  • Government filing fees paid to USCIS are non-refundable

7. No Guarantees of Approval

We cannot and do not guarantee that USCIS or any other government agency will approve your application. Our role is to help you prepare complete, accurate documentation to the best of our ability based on the information you provide. Final decisions on all immigration matters are made solely by USCIS and other government agencies. Processing times, approval rates, and government policies are beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

CPV Multiservices' liability is limited as follows:

  • We are not liable for delays, denials, or any other decisions made by USCIS or other government agencies
  • We are not responsible for changes in immigration laws or policies that affect your application
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • We are not responsible for lost opportunities, travel expenses, or other costs related to immigration applications

9. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of your personal information and documents. However, we may share your information with USCIS and other government agencies as necessary to file your applications, and with service providers who assist us in providing our services, subject to confidentiality agreements.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

  • You may terminate services at any time by providing written notice
  • We reserve the right to terminate services if you fail to provide required information or payment
  • We may withdraw from your case if we discover misrepresentation or fraud
  • Upon termination, we will provide you with copies of all documents in our possession
  • You remain responsible for payment for services rendered prior to termination

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
