1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when using our services:

• Personal Identification Information: Name, date of birth, country of birth, nationality, address, phone number, email address
• Immigration Documents: Passport copies, visa information, I-94 records, prior immigration applications, employment authorization documents
• Family Information: Spouse and dependent details for family-based petitions
• Financial Information: Payment information for our service fees
• Employment Information: Work history, employer details when required for applications
• Account access request: On the account page, the name, email address and optional phone number you enter are sent to us as a contact request and handled like any other contact request. The password field is not sent and not stored on any server.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Type and translate the forms and documents you or your attorney have chosen, and assemble them for you
• Communicate with you about your case status, appointments, and required documents
• Process payments for our typing, translation and notary services
• Maintain accurate records of your case and documents
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
• Improve our services and customer experience

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Government Agencies: We share your information with a government agency only at your request or when the law requires it (see Legal Requirements below).
• Service Providers: This website runs on Cloudflare, which hosts it and provides the Cloudflare D1 database where contact requests and appointment requests sent from this site are recorded. Notification emails for those requests, including any file attached to an appointment request, are delivered by Resend. After you book an appointment, Resend also sends a confirmation email to the address you gave. Cloudflare receives the IP address and the technical logs of every visit to this site, because it serves the pages.
• Google reviews: The Google rating shown on some pages is read from Google by our server. No information about you or your visit is sent to Google for this.
• Audience measurement without cookies: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts the pages viewed, the referring website, the country, the type of device and browser, and the loading speed of this site. It does not use cookies or local storage, and it does not use your IP address or browser to identify you. It runs on every visit and does not depend on your optional measurement choice.
• Optional measurement (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Google Ads): Only after you allow it, and only on the public pages of this site, three tools run. Google Analytics counts visits, pages viewed, the type of device, the approximate location and the way you arrived, and records that a contact or appointment request was sent or that a phone or WhatsApp link was tapped, with the _ga cookies (13 months). Microsoft Clarity records clicks, scrolling and mouse movements to show us which parts of a page help or confuse visitors, with all text on the page hidden, with the _clck (12 months) and _clsk (1 day) cookies. Google Ads measures our advertising: our Google tag can send Google your IP address, browser information, the public page visited, a referring website and advertising click identifiers, and use advertising measurement cookies (_gcl_au, 90 days). We do not send the contents of contact or appointment forms, uploaded files, names, email addresses or case details to Google or Microsoft. Personalized advertising, Google signals, remarketing and enhanced conversions are disabled. Pages with unrecognized URL parameters or a referring URL containing parameters are excluded from measurement. • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation
• With Your Consent: We may share information with other parties when you give us explicit permission to do so

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for everything sent through this website
• Limited access to personal information on a need-to-know basis
• Regular security assessments and updates
• Secure communication channels for sensitive information
• Proper disposal of physical and electronic documents when no longer needed

Files attached to an online appointment request are not stored on this website: they are forwarded to us as email attachments and the only copy lives in our mailbox. Please do not attach a sensitive document, such as a passport or an I-797 notice, before your appointment. Bring it with you instead. While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

Contact requests and appointment requests sent through this website are kept in the website database for 24 months after they are sent, then deleted automatically. The notification emails the office receives for those requests are in Claudia’s mailbox, outside that database, so the automatic deletion does not apply to them. Other personal information that we hold to provide our services is kept for as long as necessary to provide them and to comply with legal obligations. Case files are retained for the period required by applicable law, as advised by our attorney. You may request earlier deletion of your information, subject to those obligations.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Copy: Request a copy of your documents and application materials
• Object: Object to certain uses of your information
• Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for non-essential uses of your information

You can allow or refuse optional measurement in the banner and reopen Measurement preferences in the footer at any time. Your choice is stored locally in this browser. Refusing leaves the site usable without contacting Google or Microsoft. Withdrawing removes the site’s measurement cookies and reloads the page to unload the tags; save unfinished forms first. It stops future measurement in this browser but does not erase data previously received by Google or Microsoft. No measurement cookie is required to contact us. The site also keeps your light or dark theme choice in this browser (local storage). It is not a cookie and nothing is sent.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
