The form you already have

Immigration form typing and translation in Houston, Texas

You decide which form you are filing. CPV Multiservices fills it in from the information you give us, puts the supporting documents in order, and checks that nothing is missing before you send it. We give you our fee at your appointment, before any work starts. Any fee USCIS charges is separate, is not included in that price, and is set by the government.

We type, translate and organize the forms and documents you or your attorney have chosen. We do not choose a procedure, determine eligibility or represent you.

I have a form and do not know how to fill it out

We fill out the form you already have with you, and translate or organize the papers that go with it.

What we do with you

You already know which form you need, because you or your attorney chose it, and you just want it done right: no typos, no blank boxes. We type it up with you, in the language of the form, and put together the list of what has to be attached.

For example

Your attorney gave you a list of documents to gather and a form to fill out before the next appointment. We fill it out together and organize the folder in the order the list asks for.

Who this is for

You or your attorney have already selected the form you want typed. You want help reading the instructions, entering your answers and organizing the documents, in English or Spanish.

04

What is included

  • We read the form and its instructions with you and translate what each question is asking for.
  • We fill in the form you have decided to file, from the information you give us.
  • We list the supporting documents the form calls for and check, one by one, that you have them.
  • We proofread the answers you provide and check the packet for clerical completeness.
  • We assemble it in order and give you a complete copy.

05

What is not included

  • Any fee USCIS charges is not included. Government fees are set by the government, and current amounts are published at uscis.gov/forms/filing-fees.
  • Filing. We do not file your application for you: you, or your attorney, file it.
  • We do not give legal advice and we do not represent you before USCIS or in any court.
  • We do not choose the procedure or the form for you. You, or your attorney, decide what is filed, and we type it.
  • We do not decide what happens to your case. That decision belongs to USCIS.

06

Documents to bring

  • The requirements of the specific form
  • Supporting documentation
  • Identification documents
  • Previous immigration records

Bring the documents you already have. This is a preparation checklist, not a determination of eligibility or an exhaustive list of filing requirements. Follow the current official instructions for the form you or your attorney selected.

Questions we get about typing and translation

Is the USCIS fee included in CPV's fee?

No. What you pay CPV Multiservices is a typing and translation fee. The filing fee USCIS charges to process your application is paid to the government, is not included in our price, and changes over time. Current government amounts are published at uscis.gov/forms/filing-fees.

What happens if USCIS asks for more evidence?

Keep the notice and its stated deadline. CPV can read or translate its wording with you. An attorney should assess the legal response; we can type and organize a response already selected and directed by you or your attorney. Ask us to confirm the scope and price.

Can you guarantee my application will be approved?

No. We complete the form from your information and check the documents for clerical completeness. The government makes the decision. We do not promise approval or a government processing time.
