No attorney-client relationship is created by using our services. We are an independent document preparation service provider authorized to assist with the completion of immigration forms.

2. What We Do - Document Preparation Services

CPV Multiservices provides the following non-legal document preparation services:

• Completion of immigration forms based on information you provide
• Organization and review of documents for completeness (not legal sufficiency)
• Filing assistance with USCIS and other government agencies
• Translation of supporting documents
• General procedural information about immigration processes
• Administrative support for document preparation

We prepare documents based solely on the information you provide. You are responsible for determining which forms to file, what information to include, and ensuring all information is accurate and complete.

3. What We Cannot Do

We are NOT authorized to:

• Advise you on which immigration benefit to pursue or whether you are eligible
• Provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal strategy
• Represent you before USCIS, immigration courts, or at interviews
• Practice law in any capacity or jurisdiction
• Guarantee or predict approval of your application
• Act as your legal counsel or advocate
• Interpret immigration laws, regulations, or USCIS policies
• Advise on legal consequences of your immigration status
• Make legal determinations about your case

4. When You MUST Consult an Immigration Attorney

We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed immigration attorney if you have any of the following circumstances:

• Legal complexity: Complex legal issues, questions about eligibility, or need legal advice
• Removal proceedings: You are in removal/deportation proceedings or have received a Notice to Appear
• Criminal history: Any criminal arrests, charges, or convictions (even if dismissed or expunged)
• Prior denials: Previous immigration applications have been denied
• Prior violations: Overstayed a visa, worked without authorization, or violated immigration laws
• Inadmissibility issues: Health conditions, criminal history, fraud, or other grounds of inadmissibility
• Waivers: Need to apply for waivers of inadmissibility

5. Your Responsibilities

When using our document preparation services, you are responsible for:

• Determining which immigration benefits to pursue and whether you are eligible
• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Understanding that you are ultimately responsible for all information in your application
• Reviewing all completed forms thoroughly before signing
• Seeking legal advice from a licensed attorney when needed
• Understanding the legal consequences and requirements of your immigration application

6. No Guarantees or Outcomes

We make no guarantees about the outcome of your application. USCIS approval depends entirely on your eligibility, the accuracy of your application, supporting documentation, and current immigration laws and policies. We cannot guarantee:

• Approval of any application
• Processing times or timelines
• Interview waivers or favorable interview outcomes
• Specific results or immigration benefits

7. Accuracy and Currency of Information

Immigration laws, regulations, USCIS policies, and procedures change frequently. While we strive to stay informed about current requirements, you are responsible for:

• Verifying that all information in your application is accurate and current
• Ensuring compliance with current immigration laws and regulations
• Understanding that forms, fees, and requirements may change
• Consulting with an attorney for legal interpretation of laws and policies

8. Independent Service Provider

CPV Multiservices operates as an independent document preparation service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, or any other government agency. Our services are limited to document preparation only.

9. Limitation of Liability

CPV Multiservices and its staff shall not be liable for any outcomes, decisions, delays, or denials by USCIS or any government agency. Our liability is limited to refunding fees paid for our document preparation services, as outlined in our Terms of Service. We are not responsible for:

• USCIS decisions, delays, requests for evidence, or denials
• Changes in immigration law or policy
• Consequences of information you provide
• Lost opportunities, travel expenses, or other damages
