Form I-821D

DACA renewal paperwork typed in Houston, Texas

CPV Multiservices types the paperwork for a DACA renewal: Form I-821D, together with Form I-765 for the work permit, and the supporting documents that go with them. The price is given on request, so call us or send a message and ask before anything starts. Any fee USCIS charges is separate and is set by the government. Whether you qualify is a legal question, and we do not answer it.

We type, translate and organize the forms and documents you or your attorney have chosen. We do not choose a procedure, determine eligibility or represent you.

01

I have DACA and need to renew it

A DACA renewal is filed with Form I-821D, together with the work permit (I-765).

What we do with you

If you already have DACA and it is time to renew, we fill out the forms with you based on your previous renewal and check that nothing changes from one to the next by mistake. The program rules are published by USCIS and change: always follow the official page.

For example

Your DACA and your work permit expire the same month. You bring your previous approvals, your current permit and your photos. You leave with the renewal complete.

USCIS fees are separate

Government filing fees are separate, set by the government, and paid to the agency. Check the current official fees before filing.

03

Who this is for

You or your attorney have already selected DACA renewal paperwork. You want help reading the instructions, entering your answers and organizing the documents, in English or Spanish.

04

What is included

  • We read your previous approval notice and your current work permit with you and translate what they say.
  • We fill in Form I-821D and Form I-765 from the information you give us.
  • We list what the forms ask you to provide, including your passport-style photographs, and check that you have it.
  • We proofread the answers you provide and check the packet for clerical completeness.
  • We assemble it in order and give you a complete copy.

05

What is not included

  • Any fee USCIS charges is not included. Government fees are set by the government, and current amounts are published at uscis.gov/forms/filing-fees.
  • Filing. We do not file your application for you: you, or your attorney, file it.
  • We do not give legal advice and we do not represent you before USCIS or in any court.
  • We do not tell you whether you qualify, and we do not advise you on a DACA that has already lapsed. That is a legal question.
  • We do not decide what happens to your case. That decision belongs to USCIS.

06

Documents to bring

  • Form I-821D
  • Your previous approval notice and your current work permit
  • Identification documents
  • Proof of continuous presence
  • Two passport-style photos

Bring the documents you already have. This is a preparation checklist, not a determination of eligibility or an exhaustive list of filing requirements. Follow the current official instructions for the form you or your attorney selected.

Questions we get about DACA renewals

Can you tell me whether I still qualify?

No. Eligibility is a legal question and we do not answer it. DACA is a program whose rules have changed through court decisions, and what is being accepted at any given moment can change. The current status and requirements are published by USCIS at uscis.gov/DACA, and that is the source to rely on rather than what you hear from other people.

What do I bring to the appointment?

Your previous approval notice and your current work permit, your identification documents, the proof of continuous presence you have kept, and two passport-style photographs. If you are not sure whether a document matters, bring it anyway.

What if my DACA lapsed, or I was arrested, or I travelled outside the country?

Speak with a licensed immigration attorney first. Those situations turn on questions of law, and answering them is not something we do. You can find an attorney through the American Immigration Lawyers Association at ailalawyer.com.
